This style is not consistent, so if there is a specific style I've drawn that you would prefer, please include the example in your order.
D I S C L A I M E R: I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason & without needing to provide an explanation. People who do not follow the guidelines of my T.O.S will be added to a watch-list, repeat offences will lead to being black-listed.

Payment Method
01. Payment is required upfront. I will not start your commission until you have paid.
02. USD payments will be through PayPal; it will sometimes be sent as an invoice.
Refunds
01. The ability to refund will only be granted 4 months after you have paid for your commission.
02. Refunds work in stages, and the price you can claim back will decrease the further the stage of the commission.
03. If you request a refund before I have started, or it is within the sketch stage: you are entitled to a full refund.
04. If you request a refund before I have added colour, but have finished line-art, you are entitled to a partial refund [50%].
05. If you request a refund after I have added colour or shading, you are not entitled to a refund.
06. Please contact me if you would like a refund, and I will pay you back. it may take 1-2 weeks after your notice to gather funds if I do not have them readily available.
07. If you do charge-backs, especially without notifying me about wanting a refund, you will go on a permanent black-list.
Artwork Rights & Ownership
01. All artwork will contain a small watermark; it will not obscure the illustration. Please do not edit or crop out the watermark.
02. You May: publish the artwork to your ToyHou.se [credit akapan]. Use as profile and header images, page decoration, etc. with credit to miiikans [DA].
03. You May NOT: re-post artwork to your gallery or another website. Do not remove the watermark. Do not claim the artwork as your own.
04. I have the right to publish and share your commission on other social media platforms unless you specifically request not to.
05. My commissions are not for commercial use [e.g. merchandise] unless discussed explicitly beforehand.
Deadlines & Estimates
01. I do not accept commissions with extremely limited deadlines.
02. You can request a specific deadline, but it must be arranged at least 3 weeks in advance.
03. If you feel concerned about the time it is taking to complete, please contact me via Notes.
04. I do not work on commissions in chronological order, but I will prioritise older commissions.
05. Though this will vary, a rough estimate of completion time will range from 1 week to 1 month; in the case it will take longer, I will keep you updated.
